4.缠丝练习
①右手练习
由太极式开始,身腰微右下转变左上转45度,两腿左逆右顺缠变左顺右逆缠;左脚尖外转45度,随后右腿划里弧放于左脚前,脚尖点地,重心走下弧移于左腿;两手微左顺右逆缠变左逆右顺缠,右手微沉,划里下弧放于左胸前,左手配合右手在左腰侧合住劲,右手手心向左上,指尖向右前,左手手心向下,指尖向前,眼看右侧方(图27,图28)。

身腰微左下沉变右转180度,提右腿插于左腿后,足尖先点地后足跟右后转落地,左腿以足跟为轴,足尖随右足跟落地里扣;同时右手顺变逆缠随身转动向右后划弧横于胸前,手心向外。左手逆变顺缠配合右手随身转动于腹前,右手手心向外指向左,左手手心向右上反折腕指向左下,眼看前兼顾左右,耳听身后(图29,图30)。

身腰继续右后转180度,同时右脚以脚跟为轴脚尖右转约225度合于地面,左脚随之提起以脚尖落于右腿旁;右手继续随身右转停于右前,高于眼平,左手继续配合右手停于小腹前,右手手心向外反折腕指尖向左上,左手反折腕指尖向左下(图31)。

身腰微左传,意气下沉,左脚跟落地,两脚平行脚尖向原来的方向;右手变顺缠沉腕指尖向上手心向前停于身右,左手小逆缠配合右手停于小腹前,松胯,屈膝,合裆,神态安逸(图32)。

以下动作与右手练习相同,方向相反,如此左右交替练习。
[要点]动作协调,勿令间断,充分体现以腰为轴,一动无不动,丹田内转的特点。注意意气出入,缠丝需由腰间。心静体松,开合有致,无使有横气出现(图34,图35,图36,图37)。
