How to meet the tourists as a tour guide?

Meeting tourists is just the first step in the whole working procedure.As a tour guide,you should bear in mind the following things.In the airport lobby outside customs,the tour guide will wait for the arrival of tourists,greet them with warm heart,and line up the check-in luggage,then count and escort the passengers to the coach.On the coach,introduce the driver and yourself to the whole group and inform that they are in transit to the hotel.
