Abstract
An abstract of Compilction of Ancient History in the Early stage of Korean Dynasty.
This book can be divided into two parts: official editing history books and private editing history books. It will investigate in detail the editing process and data sources of dozens of history books in the early stage of Korean dynasty, eg. A Brief History of Three Kingdoms and The Korean National History. We fing the compilation of ancient history in Korea in this period was greatly influenced by the literati partisan debate and the school dispute, not only the view of history, but the accept and reject of historical data hadthe partisan. The reasons why unofficial history and the myths including Dangun myth were incorporated into the history books, and became the later the orthodox conception are all related to this. Thus, we can draw a conclusion that the records of early history of the Korean Peninsula history in the early stage of Korean dynasty can not be credulous.
