Abstract

As a special cluster，artificial board industrial cluster（ABIC）are being significantly supported by our country.However，the lack of innovation has seriously hindered the development of industrial cluster.In addition，its competitive advantage is transferring from factor-driven mode such as low cost and policies to innovation-driven mode in which all main bodies in a cluster collaborate together.Therefore，upgrading innovative network and establishing networking innovative mechanism are the keys to improve the innovation ability of an ABIC.In this work，we analyzed the innovative network structure and networking innovative mechanism of ABIC from the perspective of ecological chain.We also conducted theoretical and empirical researches on the networking innovation of ABIC in Shandong province，which is expected to provide experience and reference on the innovative ability as well as the transformation and upgrade of ABIC in this region.

First，we described the aims and significances of the research.By integrating the current study of networking innovation of industrial cluster，basic theory framework of networking innovation of ABIC was proposed from the view of ecological chain.Second，the similarity and correspondence between the features of innovative network of ABIC and the operating mechanism of ecological environment were disclosed by retrospecting the related theories such as ecology and innovative network of industrial cluster.Then，the idea of ecological chain was incorporated into the innovative network of ABIC by using similarity and correspondence as logical starting point.We revealed the connotation and ecological features of innovative network of clusters and formulated the innovative network of ABIC.In addition，we determined the inner- and inter-population relation，and the relation between population and environment by analyzing the innovative network of ecological chain-based ABIC.Third，based on innovative network，we theoretically analyzed the influencing factor and innovative mechanism of networking innovation of ABIC.The influencing factors of networking innovation of cluster were also analyzed carefully from the view of network body，structure，environment and other network system factors.According to classic Logistic ecological mode and ecological niche phenomenon，this passage involved the networking innovative mechanism of cluster.The collaborative mechanism was also discussed from the aspects of coordination of network main body relation，coordination of network target factor as well as coordination of network main body and environment.Forth，this passage analyzes the situation and problems of networking innovation of ABIC of Shandong province.Fifth，we improved the traditional SCP normal form，and proposed the research framework of network structure——network main body behavior——network innovative performance.A system was built to evaluate the networking innovative ability of ABIC.Sixth，we evaluated and comparatively studied the networking and innovative ability of ABIC in Shandong province.Linyi and Heze which belong to Shandong province were selected as evaluation object，and Jiashan（Zhejiang Province），Pizhou（Jiangsu Province），and Wen’an（Hebei Province）were selected as comparison object.During the analysis process，complex DEA model was used.Finally，based on the above theoretical and empirical research，methods and counter measurements of networking innovation of ABIC in Shandong province were proposed，including the establishment of networking innovation methods through improvement of main ecological chain and optimization of link，and networking innovation counter measurements such as auxiliary chain promotion，horizontal and vertical connection and establishment of external alliance.

In general，this work is involved in the theoretical and empirical research on networking innovation of ABIC in Shandong province.We used the idea of ecological chain in combination with disciplinary knowledge such as economics and management to conduct the research.The aim of research is the sustainable development of networking innovation of cluster.The establishment of ecological chain network can exert the effect of networking innovation of cluster，and thus maximize the comprehensive effect of ABIC.This work is beneficial to further upgrade innovative network system of cluster and improve networking and innovative ability of cluster.It also can enrich innovation theory of cluster and regulate main body behavior of cluster network.Finally，it can provide reference for local governments to formulate development policies of ABIC.
