22.PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING

Counsel are required to acquaint themselves with the legislation in force in relation to proceeds of crime and money laundering and to take appropriate steps to comply therewith.Guidance is published separately from time to time.Counsel should follow the guidance at Appendix E and should have regard to the provisions contained in Section 7（the duty to seek advice）.
