中国绿道 China Greenway

在中国,绿道的发展始于2010年的广东省绿道建设,国内对绿道的定义基本上源于广东省的定义。《广东省省立绿道建设指引》中,绿道的概念:“绿道是一种线形绿色开敞空间,通常沿着河滨、溪谷、山脊、风景道路等自然和人工廊道建立,内设可供行人和骑车者进入的景观游憩线路,连接主要的公园、自然保护区、风景名胜区、历史古迹和城乡居住区等。”这个定义实际上是很大程度上借鉴美国绿道的定义。

In China, the development of greenway started in the construction of greenway in Guangdong Province. The definition is basically originated from Guangdong. In Benchmark Technical Regulations of Regional Greenways in Guangdong Province, the concept of greenway is defined:Greenway is a green linear open space, generally constructed along the rivers, valleys, mountains, landscapes and other artificial corridors. Within the greenway, landscape lines for pedestrian and cyclist can be provided to connect parks, natural reserves zone, famous scenic spots, historical monuments and urban and rural residential areas, etc.. This definition is, in fact, largely drawn from the concept of the American greenway.

在中国,绿道的定义也是随着实际需求的变化而改变的,这也是绿道在中国发展中呈现出的一个特点。在总结绿道建设的经验后,中国也逐渐赋予了中国绿道新的内涵。根据珠三角前期绿道建设经验,2011年广州市绿道建设提出三级网络理念:即省绿道、城市绿道和社区绿道,并将绿道延伸至社区内部,在营造良好景观环境的同时,更好地为居民提供出行便利。这就意味着绿道系统开始承担起改善居民出行环境、支持步行和自行车交通的功能,这些经验也为后来其他城市的绿道建设提供了借鉴。绿道建设开始更多地考虑使用者的便捷性,越来越多的城市在市区内部设置城市绿道。随着绿道系统的投入使用,绿道在城市中的功能也从原来的单纯景观功能向交通功能转变。而这一经验,也被中国其他地区在建设绿道时迅速借鉴。

In China, the definition of greenway changes according to actual needs, which is a characteristic presented during the development. After summing up the constructing experience, Chinese government gradually endows greenways with new connotation. According to the greenway constructing experiences in earlier stage of Pearl River Delta, Guangzhou greenway construction put forward the idea of three-hierarchy network in 2011: provincial greenways, urban greenways and community greenways. These three types of greenways are all extended to the internal of communities to build better landscape at the same time provide a better convenience for residents' travel. This means greenway system began to take the functions of improving traveling condition and supporting pedestrian or cycling transportation, and these experiences were learned by other cities afterward. Convenience is getting more important in greenway construction while more and more urban greenways are built inside the downtown. With the greenway system coming into service, the functions of greenways in cities changes from simple view function to traffic function. This experience is also learned by other areas in China.
