ITCL国际西点师联盟（中国）以烘焙行业产业链为中心，成员构成主要有：专业烘焙培训院校、优质烘培产业供应商、优秀西点师、专业烘焙媒体等。吸收成员的标准将按照国际行业标准执行。联盟每年将组织一至两次峰会论坛，集合全球最顶尖的西点大师、中国烘焙人，与联盟成员共同交流和探讨新技术、新工具、新配方、新商机及新趋势，旨在鼓励烘焙人增加工作热情、提高制作品质、注重制作细节、精益求精、接纳他人、互相尊重、真诚待人并接受批评。

同时，联盟会为国内众多烘焙人提供与全球众多高精尖院校及组织机构学习及合作的机会。推动国内外优秀西点师资源的交流，将国内优秀西点师推向国际舞台，亦为国外西点师搭建在国内施展才华的平台。

在未来的发展中，ITCL国际西点师联盟（中国）将协助制定相关行业标准，拓展中国烘焙行业相关的产业链及潜力项目，促进国际合作，让中国烘焙业在国际上逐步崭露头角。

First of all,the alliance is centered on the industry chain of the baking industry,composed by:professional baking training institutions,high-quality baking industry suppliers,excellent pastry chefs,professional baking media,etc.The standards of join-in a membership will be implemented in accordance with international industry standards.Each year,ITCL will organize one or two summit forums to bring together the world's top chef,domestic chefs and alliance members to exchange new technologies,new equipment,new recipes,new business opportunities and new trend.These activities are designed to encourage bakers to increase their work enthusiasm,improve the quality of their production,focus on the details of production,keep improving,accept others,respect each other,treat others with sincerity and accept criticism.

At the same time,ITCL will provide opportunities for many domestic chefs to learn and cooperate with many professional training institutions and organizations around the world.Promote the two-way circulation of excellent pastry teachers at home and abroad,and bring the domestic outstanding pastry chef to the international stage,and at the same time build a platform for the international top chef to display their talents in China.

In the future development,ITCL will assist in setting industry standards,expand the industry chain and explore the potential projects in China's baking industry,promote international cooperation,and promote the excellent pastry chef in China to the international stage,let the Chinese baking industry Gradually emerging in the international arena.
