4 结语

未来公共数字图书馆服务需要从以下几个转变来对自身服务升级。

（1）确立知识服务理念，由传统的知识信息资源推介向知识关系智慧深度挖掘转变。

（2）满足用户需求服务理念，大众服务用户需求向用户满意私人定制转变。

（3）树立生态文化价值服务理念，公共数字图书馆的建设是我国共同的精神家园和核心价值体系构建的重要组成部分，因此，打造生态文化，提升服务刻不容缓。
