Based on the concept of Integrated Ecological Management（IEM），applying creative method of Farmer Field School（FFS），this report provides a knowledge product in area of soil and conservation tillage，wetland management，irrigation，fertilizer integration，animal husbandry，and vineyard management as per the actual planting and breeding situation in Ningxia.It is developed by joint effort of Asian Development Bank（ADB）and Ningxia Autonomous Regional People's Government through Ningxia Integrated Ecosystem Management Project（IEM）.
