That the sample is approved for bulk production is subject to the instructions and comments on the approval sample card.It is very important to confirm all the details are corrected.It is made out by Sales Department.The information must contain：

（d）fabric

（e）contract number

（f）size specification and measurement

（g）color

（h）garment constructions

（i）trimmings

Five copies are made under the following distribution：one is kept by Sales Department，and four by Production Department for grading，cutting，sewing and quality controlling.For example：

（d）面料；

（e）合同编号；

（f）规格尺寸；

（g）颜色；

（h）服装款式结构；

（i）辅料等。

复印五份如下分派：一份保存在销售部门，四份送给生产部门作为放码、裁剪、缝制和品质控制等参考。例如：
