5.11 Ferrous Alloy Shop（Plant）
5.11.1 Pure metal smelting shop shall be arranged at the leeward side of other ferrous alloy shop in terms of the wind direction of the least frequency in normal year.
5.11.2 Raw material storage yard and treatment facility shall be arranged at raw material incoming side of the shop（plant）and at windward side of the main production shop in terms of the wind direction of the least frequency in normal yeard.
5.11.3 Gas cleaning and recovery facility of the ferrous alloy EAF should be arranged near the EAF hall.
5.11.4 Slag treatmet facility of the ferrous alloy furnace should be arranged outside one end of the EAF hall or at rear side of the EAF hall.
