5.19　Entrance，Exit and Enclosure Wall of Plant Area

5.19.1　Arrangement of the entrance and exit of the plant（yard）shall meet the following requirements:

1　The requirements for people flow，material flow，safety and fire fighting shall be fulfilled.

2　Main entrance and exit for people flow shall be separate from those for material flow.

3　Arrangement of the entrance and exit for people flow shall enable short and convenient commute route of the staff and should ensure proper diversion of the people flow.

4　Arrangement of the main entrance and exit for material flow shall enable smooth and short transportation lines entering and leaving the plant.

5.19.2　Plant area of the iron and steel plant shall be provided with plant-wide enclosure wall.The minimum distance from enclosure wall to buildings，structures and transportation lines shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 5.19.2.

5.19.3　Height of the enclosure wall should not be less than 2.2m.

5.19.4　Architectural style of the enclosure wall shall be determined according to such factors as nature of production，security requirement，landscape requirement，etc.
