10.5　Determination of Transportation Capacity

10.5.1　For mine railway transport system，the carrying capacity of railway section，utilization ratio of throat point of railway station，utilization ratio of receiving-departure tracks and lead tracks，and capacity of loading line and unloading line shall be verified through calculation according to the relevant requirements stipulated in Section C.2 of Appendix C hereto，while taking into account the actual needs.

10.5.2　Coefficient of transportation fluctuation，coefficient of working time utilization and coefficient of rolling stock inspection of mine railway system shall be selected according to those specified in Table 10.5.2-1，Table 10.5.2-2 and Table 10.5.2-3 respectively.

Note:If equipment overhaul needs be outsourced，the coefficient of inspection may be properly increased according to roundtrip time on the way and the inspection/repair interval.

10.5.3　When calculating carrying capacity of the line，the max.line utilization ratio should not be larger than those specified in Table 10.5.3.
