4.6　Rack Type Pusher，Charging Machine and Extractor

4.6.1　The allowable deviations of site acceptance of the rack type pusher，charging machine and extractor shall comply with the requirements in Table 4.6.1.

4.6.2　Before delivery，hydraulic test shall be conducted for the water cooling component of the long travel charging rod charging machine.The test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the design pressure and kept for 15 to 20 min.If neither leakage nor deformation is found，the test result shall be accepted.

4.6.3　Field installation of the rack type pusher，charging machine and extractor shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB 50386 Code for Acceptance of Engineering Installation for Mechanical Equipment of Rolling Mill.
