6.5　Duct Lining

6.5.1　Quality of the duct lining shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB 50309 Code for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Industrial Furnace Building.

6.5.2　Quality inspection of the internal thermal insulation duct lining shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB 50309 Code for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Industrial Furnace Building.

6.5.3　Internal thermal insulation duct lining shall comply with the following requirements:

1　The lining must not be damaged during installation and/or lifting；

2　Treatment of the refractory joints between pipes shall be tight and reasonable；

3　All detection devices installed on the duct shall be able to rotate freely in the lining；

4　The pressure tap，thermometer hole and the like of the duct shall be kept clean and not blocked；

5　The interior of the duct shall be clean and free of garbage，template and other debris.
