Foreword

According to the requirements of the notice regarding to planning on development and revision of construction standards，year 2007，Second batch，Construction standard letter（［2007］No.126），this code is jointly prepared by Zhongye Chang tian International Engineering Co.Ltd.MCC（Hereinafter referred to as"CIE"）and Northern Engineering and technology corporation，MCC.

During preparation of this code，relevant information from domestic and overseas was comprehensively searched and collected；necessary special studies and technical seminars were carried out；relevant standards and specifications were referenced；views from the production，design and research institutes were widely inquired，the key issues and difficult problems were discussed and revised repeatedly，and finalized after finally review.

This code comprises fourteen Chapters，mainly include:General provisions，Definitions，Basic requirements，Requirements and Preparation of raw Materials，Additives and Fuels，Proportioning and Mixing，Balling and Classifying of Green Balls，Distributing and Indurating of pellets，Pellet screening，storing and pellet fines handling，Electric and Automation，Auxiliary Facilities，Metering，Laboratory and pelletizing tests，Repair and Maintenance，Energy-saving，Safety and Environmental Protection.

The mandatory provisions in bold print in this code must be strictly enforced.
