4　Requirements and Preparation of Raw Materials，Auxiliary Materials and Fuels

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　The preparation and processing of various raw materials，auxiliary materials and fuels shall satisfy the requirements of pellet products.

4.1.2　Supply of all raw materials，auxiliary materials and fuels shall satisfy the requirements of production allowing certain margins.

4.1.3　Each kind of material shall be stored by classification and shall not be interblended with each other.
