5.4　Arrangement for Reboilers

5.4.1　Locations and elevations of reboilers shall meet process requirements.

5.4.2　Fire prevention spacing between the fired reboiler and the tower/other equipment shall conform to the current national standard GB 50160.

5.4.3　Horizontal reboiler heated by steam or heating carrier shall be located near to the tower，the spacing between the reboiler and the tower shall meet piping arrangement requirements，and space shall be reserved at one end of the reboiler for bundle withdrawing.

5.4.4　Vertical reboiler may be supported by tower body and arranged on the side of the tower.The elevation difference between the reboiler and the tower shall meet P&ID，and maintenance area shall be provided above and below the reboiler.

5.4.5　In case several vertical reboilers in parallel arrangement service for one tower，locations and elevations of the reboilers shall meet requirements of P&ID，piping arrangement，operation and maintenance.
