Ⅰ　Dominant Item

6.9.1　Installation for driving device of general reducer，including sliding bearing，rolling bearing，reducer，open gear，coupling，shall meet requirements of design technical document or requirements in current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.

Inspection method:to check with dial gauge，fill gauge，steel ruler，dye，lead extrusion.

6.9.2　Grinding and assembly for keys which are used to connect big gear of flexible driving device and head wheel shaft of sintering equipment，shall meet requirements of design technical document.

6.9.3　Tightening force or torque of bolts for tension rings which are used to connect big gear of flexible driving device and head wheel shaft of sintering equipment，key-free connection，shall meet requirements of design technical document.

6.9.4　Installation for tie beam and horizontal bar of flexible driving device，preset clearance of spherical bearing end face，and adjustment for spring compression of balance pole shall meet requirements of design technical document.

Ⅱ　General Item

6.9.5　A few sets of tension rings are used in combination for flexible driving device，prior to mounting the rings，the rings，holes of big gear and shaft of head wheel shall be proceeded degreasing treatment.

6.9.6　Tolerance for installation of flexible driving device shall meet requirements in Table 6.9.6，see Figure 6.9.6.
