5.3　Allowable Discharge Temperature

5.3.1　Unless otherwise specified，for lubricated cylinders handling oxygen-bearing gases，the predicated discharge temperature shall not exceed 135℃at the normal operating point and not exceed 150℃at other operating points and load conditions.

5.3.2　For lubricated cylinders handling rich hydrogen（molecular weight not exceed 12）gases，the predicted discharge temperature shall not exceed 135℃at all specified operating points and load conditions.For non-lubricated cylinders handing at the pressure of 7MPa（G）gauge pressure or higher，the predicted discharge temperature shall not exceed 130℃at all specified operating points and load conditions.

5.3.3　The discharge temperature high alarm and trip（or high-high alarm）set points are 10℃and 20℃respectively above the maximum predicted discharge temperature.Each cylinder shall have its own temperature measuring point，which shall be located as close as possible to the cylinder discharge valves.
