5　Mobilization of Equipments，Elements and Materials

5.1　General Requirements

5.1.1　This chapter is applicable to acceptance for mobilization of the mechanical equipment for ironmaking system and accessories，process steel structure parts，raw materials，standard parts and semifinished parts.

5.1.2　Acceptance for mobilization of the mechanical equipment for ironmaking system and accessories，process steel structure parts，materials，standard parts and semi-finished parts shall be conducted；moreover，all the product quality certification documents shall be checked.When the certification documents are copies，the depositary of the originals shall be marked and the copies shall be signed by the operator and sealed by the organization.The acceptance record shall include such contents as material name，specification，model，quantity，appearance quality and applications，etc.The product quality certification documents for the process steel structure parts shall also include welding quality record，preassembling record，etc..

5.1.3　The equipment，elements and materials during mobilization shall be piled according to the site specified in the construction management plan or the construction plan design.
