6.6 Fabrication of Frame,Corridor and Truss Work

6.6.1 The supply state of the elements,including columns and beams of the frame structures shall be determined according to the specific conditions of machining,transportation and installation in detail design.

6.6.2 When manufacturing,the frame column,beam and corridor shall be provided with center marks.The elements,such as column shall have the center line and 1m elevation reference line and shall be marked with punch marks and paint obviously.

6.6.3 The assembly of the box column and beam of the frame shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 Before general assembly of the box beam and beam of the frame,local assembly,welding and correction of the stiffening part on the web,such as structural steel and that on the internal partition shall be conducted.

2 The box column and beam of the frame shall be assembled on the horizontal molding bed.The allowable deviation of height difference of the upper surface of the horizontal molding bed is 2mm.In addition,the levelness shall be detected before assembling each section and adjusted in compliance with the requirements of Item 1 of this article to assemble the next section.

3 After the box column of the frame is generally assembled as a U-shaped assembly part in sequence of pressing the lower wing plate,the internal partition,the left and right web plates,the upper wing plate shall be assembled.

4 The assembly and welding sequence of the box column and its base should be in accordance with the following requirements:

1)Assembly of column bottom plate and box column.

2)Interval assembly of vertical rib plate.

3)Assembly of column top plate.

4)Welding sequence should be as follows:column bottom plate and column web plate—column web-vertical rib plate and column web plate—column web-vertical rib plate,column bottom plate and column top plate—column top plate and column web plate.

6.6.4 The fabrication of the arc section of the upper platform beam of the lower frame of the furnace body connected with the frame column shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The lower flange plate should be molded by pre-pressing and the abnormal web should be cut through the NC machine tool.

2 During assembly and welding,the internal partition should be welded firstly,and then the four welds of the external wing plate and web should be welded.They shall be subject to back-step welding symmetrically by extending from the middle to two ends.

6.6.5 The fabrication of the H-shaped box beam with dual-web shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The box beam shall be assembled with an assembly mould in the form of a positive H-oriented assembling.

2 The assembly mould of the box beam shall meet the requirements for adjusting the camber of the beam.

3 After assembling,the web,the upper and lower flange plates of the box beam shall be welded.The welding between the upper and lower flange plates and the web of the box beam,as well as between the partition and the upper and lower flange plates,and the left and right webs of the box beam shall extend from the middle to two ends and subject to back-step welding.In addition,two or above welders should be assigned for symmetrically welding.

4 For the welding of the internal welds of the box beam,the welds between the partition and the upper and lower flange plates,and the left and right webs of the box beam should be welded firstly,and then those between the upper and lower flange plates and the web should be welded.

5 After completely welding all welding seams of the box beam,supports of the platform beams shall be assembled and welded.

6 Manhole for construction of installation site shall be opened in the plant and be provided with a cover with joint.The welding for recovering and enclosing the manhole cover should be subject symmetrically back-step welding in subsection.

6.6.6 The allowable deviation for fabrication of the elements,such as columns of furnace frame and rigid frame shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The height of one section of column shall be checked by a steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.

2 The height of multiple sections of columns shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±7.0mm.

3 The bending rise of the column body shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the height of the column and shall not be larger than 5mm.

4 The warping or distortion of the support shall be checked by steel ruler or a right-angle rulerthrough drawing wire.When the length of the support is no larger than 600mm,the allowable deviation is 2.0mm.When the length of the support is larger than 600mm,the allowable deviation is 3.0mm.

5 The geometric dimension of the column section shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.

6 Perpendicularity of the flange plate to the web shall be checked by the right-angle ruler and steel ruler.When the width of the flange plate is no more than 400mm,the allowable deviation is 1/100 of the width of the flange plate.When the width of the flange plate is larger than 400mm,the allowable deviation is 5.0mm.The allowable deviation of the joint is 1.5mm.

7 The center line of the web shall be checked by steel ruler.The allowable deviation of the joint is 1.5mm and that in the other parts is 3.0mm.

8 Warping of the bottom plate of the column base shall be checked by 1m straight rule and feeler gauge,with the allowable deviation of 3.0mm.

9 The distance from the center of the bolt hole of the column base to the center line of the column shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±1.5mm.

10 Distortion of each section of columns shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire and hanging pendant,with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

11 The distance from the planing face of the column base to the bearing face of the support shall be checked by steel ruler.The allowable deviation is±1/2000 of the design dimension and shall not be larger than±8.0mm.

6.6.7 The allowable deviation of fabrication of the platform beam and the frame beam of the frame as welding solid web beam shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The length of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler.The allowable deviation of the enclosed beam of the cutting plate at the end is 0mm to-5.0mm.The allowable deviation of the other types of the beams is±1/2500 of the length of the beam and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

2 The height of the beam end shall be checked by steel ruler.When the height of the beam end is no larger than 2000mm,the allowable deviation is±2.0mm;and when that of the beam end is larger than 2000mm,the allowable deviation is±3.0mm.

3 The center distance of the installation hole group at the outside of both ends of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.

4 The camber of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is±1/5000 of the length of the beam when arch is stipulated in design.The beam must not be warped downward when the arch is not stipulated in design.

5 The lateral bending rise of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/2000 of the length of the column and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

6 The distortion of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire and hanging pendant.The allowable deviation is 1/250 of the height of the beam end and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

7 The local flatness of the web of the beam shall be checked by the 1m straight rule and the feeler gauge.When the thickness of the web is no larger than 14mm,the allowable deviation is 5.0mm;and when that of the web is larger than 14mm,the allowable deviation is 4.0mm.

8 The perpendicularity of the flange plate of the beam to the web shall be checked by the right-angle rulerand steel ruler.The allowable deviation is 1/100 of the width of the flange plate and shall not be larger than 3.0mm.

9 The center line of the web of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 3.0mm.

10 The width of the flange plate of the beam shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.

6.6.8 The allowable deviation of fabrication of corridor and truss shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The length of the truss shall be checked by a steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±10.0mm.

2 The distance between two holes of the outermost ends of each section of truss shall be checked by steel ruler.When the length of the truss is no larger than 24000mm,the allowable deviation is+3.0mm to-7.0mm;and when that of the truss is larger than 24000mm,the allowable deviation is+5.0mm to-10.0mm.

3 The geometric dimension of the node section of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

4 The length difference of two diagonal lines of the node section of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

5 The lateral bending of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the length of the truss and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

6 The flatness between the adjacent nodes of the truss chord shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire and hanging pendant.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the length of the truss and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

7 The difference of two diagonal lines of the lower plane of the corridor shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 10.0mm.

8 The camber of the truss during grouping shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/5000 of the length of the truss when arch is stipulated in design.The truss shall not be warped downward when the arch is not stipulated in design.
