7.5　Commissioning of Gas Sampling Device

7.5.1　The commissioning of the trolley of the sampling pipe of the gas sampling device shall meet the following requirements:

1　The trolley of the sampling pipe is brought into operation to run on the track.The adjustment of the position of a travellimit switch shall meet the requirements of the design document.

2　When the trolley of the sampling pipe stops on each specified position，the action shall be stable，the stop position shall be correct，and the action of the limit switch shall be flexible and reliable.

3　The trolley of the sampling pipe shall go back and forth within the full stroke at least three times，the action shall be stable，the stop position shall be correct，and the action of the limit switch shall be flexible and reliable.

7.5.2　Gas stop valve shall be normally on and off at least 3 times，and the action shall be flexible and reliable.

7.5.3　When turning on the water inlet valve，the cooling water of the sampling pipe and the cooler shall flow in and out smoothly and be free of leakage.

7.5.4　The sampling pipe shall be pushed into or pulled out of the furnace to match with the support in the flange，without jamming.
