8.8　Vertical Detecting Device

8.8.1　The installation of a stock rod pipe shall meet the following requirements:

1　The center line and the perpendicularity of the stock rod pipe connected with the top closing plate shall be rechecked，with the allowable deviation of 6.0mm and 1.0/1000 respectively.

2　The levelness and elevation of the upper flange of the stock rod pipe shall be adjusted and the flange shall be welded.The allowable deviation of levelness and elevation of the upper flange are 0.5/1000 and±10.0mm respectively.

8.8.2　A middle pipe and the driving device should be lifted by the furnace top crane and accompanied by the chained crane，and shall meet the following requirements:

1　The perpendicularity of the middle pipe shall be checked by steel ruler through hanging the pendant，with the allowable deviation of 1.0/10000.The level of the upper flange shall be checked by the leveling instrument，with the allowable deviation of 0.5/1000.

2　The levelness of a driving device shall be checked by the levelling ruler and the leveling instrument，with the allowable deviation of 0.5/1000.The elevation shall be checked by steel ruler or level gauge，with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.
