4　Equipment Foundation，Anchor Bolts and Padding Plates

4.1　General Requinements

4.1.1　This chapter is applicable to handover and acceptance of mechanical equipment foundations for ironmaking system such as blast furnace and smelting reduction furnace，setting out of benchmark and baseline，as well as installation of anchor bolts and padding plates.

4.1.2　Settlement observation of such foundations of blast furnace，hot-blast stove and smelting reduction furnace shall meet the requirements of the design document.The foundations of blast furnace blower and residual pressure turbine-generator set equipment shall be observed regularly.The settlement observation shall be recorded on a special record book and a settlement curve chart shall be drawn.
