2.2　Inspection of Main Equipment and Materials

2.2.1　Main equipment，materials，and finished and semi-finished products shall meet the requirements of current national technical standards and have a Quality Certificate.Moreover，the equipment shall have a nameplate.The receiving inspection shall be documented.

2.2.2　Upon arriving at the working site，the equipment and materials used for the engineering shall be inspected and accepted as follows:

1　Unpack and check their specification，model and quantity for conformity with those as specified in the packing list and the design documents and ensure their completeness.

2　Check the technical documents and quality certificates of products and record them for keeping.

3　Visually check according to relevant requirements，and take the necessary measures to prevent them from loss，damage and deterioration in accordance with the technical requirements.

2.2.3　The new electrical equipment，apparatus and materials which enter the market in accordance with legal procedures shall have technical documents such as installation，operation，maintenance and test instructions，in addition to compliance with the requirements of this code.
