4.3　Form Works

4.3.1　When the divisional-installation method is applied for the forms of circumferential shell，each form shall be installed at the same cone-divisional level.The height deviation of adjacent forms shall not exceed 5mm.

4.3.2　The contact surface between forms and concrete shall be painted with release agent.The release agent shall not pollute the rebar surface.

4.3.3　The supporting action shall be taken for the forms installed at reserved openings to prevent deformation.The design for the forms and supporting at the top of openings shall meet the safety requirements to bear the self-weight of the upper concrete，rebar，forms and supporting，as well as the loads caused by vibrating concrete.

4.3.4　When the gap between forms is large，actions shall be taken to prevent leakage of mortar.
