3.8　Weighing

3.8.1　The installation of the weighing frame of electronic belt weigher shall meet the following requirements：

1　The weighing frame shall be installed on the indoor belt segment with small inclination and tension change.

2　The long roll on weighing frame and the adjacent roller shall be in the same plane.

3　The installation of load sensor shall make force applied onto its central axis.

4　The center line of the friction roller that drives the speed sensor shall be perpendicular to the conveying direction of belt，and the sensor and the roller shall be contacted with each other reliably without any slipping.

3.8.2　The load sensors below the weighing platform of electronic track scale shall be stressed uniformly.
