2 General
2.0.1 Before a unit is handed over for production,single machine commissioning,single system or multi-systems commissioning and unit startup commissioning must be completed,and relevant quality inspection procedures shall be completed;a unit shall be handed over for production once the 168h fullload test run is completed according to this Code;after a plant is handed over for production,the handover certificate must be signed;after one phase of the project is completed,final inspection and acceptance of this phase shall be performed.
2.0.2 Unit commissioning,handover acceptance in each stage and the final acceptance of the project must be based on current state laws,regulations,mandatory standards,standards related to the power industry as well as approval documents,design drawings and valid contracts for this project.
2.0.3 In order to improve the management and quality of unit handover for the fossil power construction project,each unit shall comply with relevant standards for power projects before production.
2.0.4 The unit that has been handed over for production can be put into commercial operation after it undergoes all grid-related special tests and inspections,meets relevant requirements on grid inline and commercial operation,and goes through relevant procedures.
2.0.5 The Power Construction Quality Supervision Authority("PCQSA")shall perform supervision and inspection on site in each stage of the project,and the project owner shall organize relevant parties to make proper preparation.The relevant parties shall participate and cooperate in such jobs.
2.0.6 Preparation for unit acceptance shall be organized by the project owner,and various parties in the project shall prepare relevant documents,and participate and cooperate in the inspection and acceptance.
2.0.7 The warranty period for a unit in a fossil power construction project shall preferably be one year after handover for production.
