3.3　Erection of Anchor Bolts

3.3.1　The thread part of anchor bolt shall be applied with the grease and protected.

3.3.2　The installation of anchor bolt in the reserved hole shall meet the following requirements:

1　The reserved hole shall be cleared away fully and the size and depth of reserved hole shall be examined.

2　The greasy dirt and oxide skin on the anchor bolt shall be cleared away，and the thread part shall be applied with the grease of appropriate amount.

3　Examine the diameter，length and thread length of anchor bolt and they shall meet the requirements of design.

4　In the installation，the anchor bolt shall be vertical，and the distance from the anchor bolt to the wall of hole on all sides shall be more than 15 mm，and the anchor bolt shall not come into contact with the bottom of hole，and after the equipment is leveled and aligned initially，there shall be the clearance around the anchor bolt and equipment bolt hole.

5　When the one-time and back grouting of equipment is carried out，it is necessary to protect the surface of equipment，earth's surface or surface of wall of finished product.

6　After the strength of concrete in the reserved hole meets the requirements of design，it is allowed to precisely adjust the equipment and tighten the anchor bolt.

3.3.3　The installation of anchor bolt of anchorage plate shall meet the following requirements:

1　The diameter，length，mark，size of bolt head，connection form and corrosion protection between the bolt head and the screw of T-shape anchor bolt shall meet the requirements of design.

2　Before the back grouting of equipment，it is necessary to fill the filling in the bolt sleeve to seal the mouth of sleeve according to the requirements of design.

3　It is necessary to select the suitable method and tools to tighten the anchor bolt according to the requirements for tightening force and working environment on site，and the tightening force shall meet the requirements of design.
