5.9　Installation of Deep Hole Drilling Machine

5.9.1　Before adjustment，it is necessary to clean the anti-corrosive grease on the surface of guide rail.

5.9.2　It is suitable to adopt the adjustable blocking iron as the blocking iron for installation.

5.9.3　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral centers，the center of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.9.4　When adjusting the elevation，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.9.5　When adjusting the levelness，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.9.6　After the Test-run of equipment is qualified，it is necessary to reexamine the installation precision of equipment and then carry out the back grouting.

5.9.7　The adjustable blocking iron for installation shall be fixed by grouting concrete，and it is not allowed to grout the concrete into its moving part.
