2　Basic Requirements

2.0.1　There shall be the corresponding construction technique standard，quality management system，quality control and inspection system，and operation document of design and construction scheme of construction organization in the construction site.

2.0.2　The requirements for the quality of installation in the engineering technical document and the contract to be adopted shall meet the specification of this code.

2.0.3　When the construction drawing is changed，there shall be the document signed by the unit for design.

2.0.4　The measurement instrument used in the quality inspection and acceptance shall be calibrated and qualified and used within the period of validity.

2.0.5　Before the equipment is installed，the equipment foundation shall be qualified in the acceptance，and the relevant factory buildings shall have the condition for the installation of equipment，and there shall be the water source，power supply，operation plane，working space and unimpeded transportation road in the site.

2.0.6　In the installation of equipment，the central datum line and datum point shall be set，and the permanent central guide board and elevation datum point shall be laid.And it is necessary to periodically remeasure the permanent central guide board and elevation datum point.

2.0.7　The installation of equipment shall be carried out according to the specified process，and after every work procedure is completed，it shall be examined and accepted and recorded.If the work procedure is not inspected，it is not allowed to carry out the construction of next work procedure.

2.0.8　The back grouting of equipment and other concealed works shall be accepted before they are concealed and shall be documented.

2.0.9　The safety protective facilities for equipment must be complete，reliable，and the action of limit switch shall be correct.

2.0.10　Before the test run of equipment，the installation of equipment shall be qualified in acceptance.

2.0.11　The acceptance of installation quality of equipment shall be carried out on the basis of the selfinspection of the unit in charge of construction according to the item project，part project and unit project.It is suitable that the part project and item project is divided according to the specifications of Appendix A of this code.

2.0.12　The item project whose quality is qualified in the acceptance shall meet the following requirements:

1　The inspection of main control item shall meet the requirements of quality standard of this code.

2　All the results of inspection of general items of mechanical equipment shall meet the requirements of quality standard of this code.

3　The record of quality acceptance and the quality certificate document shall be complete.

2.0.13　The part project whose quality is qualified in the acceptance shall meet the following requirements:

1　The quality of item project contained in the part project shall be qualified in the acceptance.

2　The quality control data shall be complete.

3　The no load test run of single equipment shall be qualified.

2.0.14　The unit project whose quality is qualified in the acceptance shall meet the following requirements:

1　The quality of part project contained in the unit project shall be qualified in the acceptance.

2　The quality control data shall be complete.

3　The no load joint operation test-run of equipment shall be qualified.

4　The impressions quality acceptance shall be qualified.

2.0.15　The item of impressions quality examination of unit project shall meet the following specifications，and the random inspection of every item shall not be less than 10 places:

1　The bolt，nut and of washer of connecting bolt shall be complete，and after the bolt is tightened，2-3 threads of the bolt shall be exposed，and the exposed thread shall not be damaged，and the direction to screw in the bolt shall be same except the cause of structure.

2　There shall not be the oil leakage，air leakage and water leakage on the sealing surface.

3　The pipe arrangement shall be rational and in good order，and the pipe shall be tightened firmly.

4　The sound insulation material and heat insulating material shall be uniform in layer thickness，bound firmly and level and smooth in their surface.

5　The applied coating shall have the uniform coat，without holiday，peeling off，cockle and air bladder，and the colour and luster shall be same.

6　The walking platform，ladder and railing shall be fixed firmly，without appearance defects.

7　The weld ripple of welding seam shall be uniform，and the welding slag and the splashed object shall be cleared away fully.

8　There shall not be slag at the place of cut.

9　The finished equipment shall not be damaged，and the exposed machined surface shall be protected well.

10　The construction site shall be managed orderly，and there is not any foreign body around the equipment.

2.0.16　When the quality of inspection does not conform to the specifications of corresponding professional quality acceptance specification，it is necessary to carry out the quality acceptance of inspection item again after the rework.It shall be judged that the inspection item that meets the requirements of design is qualified in the acceptance.

2.0.17　It is strictly prohibited to accept the project whose quality does not meet the requirements and still does not meet the requirements for safe use after the treatment or rework.

2.0.18　The quality acceptance procedure shall meet the following requirements:

1　The item project shall be accepted by the person in charge of professional technology of project，quality inspector and so on of unit in charge of construction organized by the supervising engineer or the person in charge of technology of project of unit undertaking project.

2　The part project shall be accepted by the person in charge of project and the persons in charge of technology and quality of unit in charge of construction organized by the chief supervisory engineer or the person in charge of project of unit undertaking project.

3　After the unit project is completed，the unit in charge of construction shall organize the relevant personnel to examine and appraise，and shall submit the acceptance report of project to the unit undertaking project.

4　The unit project shall be accepted by the persons in charge of project of the units for construction，design and supervision organized by the persons in charge of project of unit undertaking project.

5　The unit for general contracting shall be fully in charge of the quality of project and participate in the work of examination and judgement of the unit for subcontracting on the subcontracted engineering project，and accept the project according to the procedure specified in this code.After the unit for subcontracting completes the subcontracted project，the unit for subcontracting shall submit the relevant data of project to the unit for the unit for general contracting.

2.0.19　The acceptance record of installation quality of equipment shall meet the following requirements:

1　It is necessary to fill in the quality acceptance record of item project according to the requirements of Appendix B of this code.

2　It is necessary to fill in the quality acceptance record of part project according to the requirements of Appendix C of this code.

3　It is necessary to fill in the quality acceptance record of unit project according to the requirements of Appendix D of this code.

4　It is necessary to fill in the quality acceptance record of no load Test-run record of equipment according to the requirements of Appendix E of this code.
