1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This Code is formulated with a view to strengthen quality management of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast，unify the check and acceptance of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast and guarantee the engineering quality of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast.

1.0.2　This code are applied to the check and acceptance of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast，including steel tower，guyed steel mast and steel pole.

1.0.3　This code shall be used together with current national standards Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering（GB 50300-2001）and Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures（GB 50205-2001）.

1.0.4　Technical and contract documents used in the construction of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast shall not specify the construction quality acceptance requirements lower than provisions of this code.

1.0.5　Fabrication and installation of the structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast shall comply with relevant current national provisions for labor protection and safety techniques，etc..Personnel involved in construction operation on structure for mobile communication steel tower and mast at a height of 30m and above shall have been qualified with a high-altitude operation certificate and take relevant safety measures.
