4　Survey at Feasibility Study Stage

4.1　General Provisions

4.1.1　The survey at feasibility study stage shall provide the basic survey data required for the project.

4.1.2　The survey shall be conducted in conjunction with the design personnel to determine the routing scheme.During field reconnaissance，information about the line route shall be obtained and the important crossing-over which may greatly influence the routing feasibility and project cost shall be subject to survey.
