4　Equipment and Material

4.1　Equipment

4.1.1　Equipment approach plan shall be formulated in accordance with equipment delivery schedule and construction schedule for organization.

4.1.2　The open-box inspection of equipment shall keep records and shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Check box number，box number and packaging condition，and package appearance shall not have obvious damage；

2　Equipment name，model and specification shall meet the requirements of design documents；

3　Check the number of appearance quality of equipment and parts，loss and damage to parts shall be avoided，and damage，rust and deformation on surface shall also be avoided；

4　Random technical documents，special tools and spare parts for equipment boxing shall be complete；

5　Equipment shall include conformity certificates，and imported equipment shall include commercial inspection conformity certificates.

4.1.3　After equipment box is opened，equipment and parts and special tools shall be kept properly，and deformation，damage，rust or loss shall be avoided.

4.1.4　During equipment conveying，the hoisting point shall be positioned at the marking position or design hoisting point of equipment and packaging box，and during conveying，protective measures shall be provided to avoid equipment damage.
