5.3　Installation of Reversible Device

5.3.1　Port frames should be installed after being assembled on the ground.

5.3.2　The welding of port frame beam and landing leg shall be performed after the acceptance of the elevation of landing leg top surface.

5.3.3　The installation of reversible device shall be performed after the qualified installation of port frames.

5.3.4　During the installation of reversible device，point of intersection of the center line of front and back wheel rails of walking structure and the center line of rail gauge is used as center of rotation，and center mark is indicated on the port frames.

5.3.5　Before the installation of reversible device，the large bearing sealing cap shall be disassembled to check whether rust，moisture and dirt exist inside the reversible device or not，and insufficient lubricating grease is added in accordance with grades specified by design documents.

5.3.6　The welding of rotation rail shall meet the requirements of design documents.After welding，welds shall be polished smoothly，and surface inspection shall be performed until it is qualified.

5.3.7　The installation of rotation rail shall be checked by extracting more than 8 equal diversion points on the circumference，and shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Rail radius is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±4.0mm；

2　The elevation of each point on the top surface of rail is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±5.0mm；

3　The radius of centering supporting roll rail is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±4.0mm；

4　The radius of rotation pin gear is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±3.0mm；

5　Gap between the roller of centering roll and rail is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±1.0mm.

5.3.8　The installation of rotation balancers shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The levelness of upper surface in longitudinal and lateral directions is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of side length；

2　Side lengths of a square formed by the four rotation balancers，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；

3　Diagonal difference of the square formed by the four rotation balancers，and allowable deviation shall be 4.0mm.
