5.5　Installation of Belt Conveyor，Balance Weight，Anchorage Locker

5.5.1　Cantilever supports should be installed after being assembled on the ground.

5.5.2　Cantilever supports shall be supported by using the temporary support，and the temporary support shall have sufficient bearing capacity and can be height-adjustable.

5.5.3　During assembly，the cantilever supports shall be positioned by using the ordinary bolts，and after the relative positions and straightness of two sections of cantilever supports are adjusted to meet requirements，the cantilever supports are connected by using high-strength bolts.

5.5.4　Bucket wheel body should be assembled on the ground，and then，hoisted integrally.

5.5.5　The tail car belt conveyor frame should be assembled on the ground，and then，subjected to segmental hoisting.

5.5.6　The installation of balance weight and balance experiments shall meet the requirements of design and equipment technical documents.

5.5.7　The assembly of cantilever belt conveyor frame shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center line is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm；

2　Altitude difference of lower surface at the connection point is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.0mm.

5.5.8　The installation of cantilever belt conveyor frame shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center line is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 10.0mm；

2　The elevation is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±10.0mm.

5.5.9　The assembly of tail car belt conveyor frame shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center line is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm；

2　Altitude difference of lower surface at the connection point is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm.

5.5.10　The installation of tail car belt conveyor frame shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center line is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.0mm；

2　The perpendicularity of the support in the middle is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of the height of the support.

5.5.11　The installation of anchoring locker shall be based on the rail center line，and shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Parallelism is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm；

2　Perpendicularity is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm.
