9.6　Installation of Rails of Coke Guide

9.6.1　Rails shall be subjected to check and acceptance before installation，and shall be in compliance with the following requirement:

1　Steel rails shall have no torsional deformation；

2　Steel rail end faces shall be perpendicular to longitudinal axes of steel rails；

3　Steel rails shall not have serious rusting and other obvious surface defects.

9.6.2　For the installation of steel rails，the longitudinal center line of oven bank of coke oven is used as the datum，and the perpetual center target is provided.

9.6.3　The positions of joints of two parallel rails shall be staggered，and the staggering distance shall not be equal to base distance of front and rear wheels.

9.6.4　Car bumpers and buffers on two sides at the same end shall contact simultaneously.

9.6.5　Rails of coke guide on the platform on coke guide side on the over body section of coke oven shall be adjusted and fixed after oven dry-off temperature reaches 650℃.

9.6.6　The installation of coke guide shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The centers of rails are adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm；

2　Gaps of rail joints are adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be

3　Staggering of rail joints is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1.0mm；

4　Span of rails is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；

5　Coke guide is provided with two rails，the two rails are on the platform on coke guide side，the allowable deviation of the elevation of the rail on the oven side shall be±2.0mm，and the allowable deviation of the elevation of the rail on the reverse oven side shall be

6　Coke guide is provided with two rails，one is on the platform on coke guide side，and when the other one is on the code guide dedusting support，the allowable deviation of elevations of the rails on oven side and reverse oven side shall be±2.0mm；

7　Coke guide is provided with three rails，two rails are on the platform on coke guide side，and when the other one is on the code guide dedusting support，the allowable deviation of elevations of the rails on oven side and reverse oven side shall be±2.0mm.
