10.2　Installation of Walking Structure

10.2.1　Datum and datum mark shall be set on the walking rail with datum section，wheel track line，span line and coke pushing center line are set by taking the center line of walking rail on the oven side as datum，and the coke pushing center line shall be perpendicular to the center line of coke oven.

10.2.2　The installation center of walking structure shall be adjusted by taking the factory mark on the walking beam as datum.

10.2.3　For the installation of the walking structure，wheel parts shall be put on the steel rails and supported by using the temporary support，and walking beam is installed after the leveling of wheel parts.

10.2.4　Adjusting shim plate between the base of each transmission mechanism and equipment shall be cushioned compactly，and the connecting bolts shall be consistent in run-through direction and shall be fastened in time.

10.2.5　The installation of walking structure shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The wheel track of front and rear walking wheels is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；

2　The span of walking girders is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；

3　The diagonal difference of walking girders is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm；

4　The deflection of wheels on two sides in horizontal direction is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of point distance on two sides；

5　The homolateral difference of wheel on same side is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm；

6　The perpendicularity of wheel end face is adjusted，the upper rim of wheel shall incline towards the outside of rails，and allowable deviation shall be 1/500 of wheel diameter；

7　The elevation difference of each wheel is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm.
