Abstract
The assessment indictor system of venture capital fund invested by government sponsored FOFs consists of three parts:compliance evaluation, fund value assessment and observable policy effects evaluation. Compliance evaluation can be implemented by quantitative scoring, based on tens of assessment indictors which can be divided into three dimensions. Fund value assessment refers to the internal grading method of commercial venture capital funds and has taken the operation reality and accounting rules of the funds invested by government sponsored FOFs into account. Finally, observable policy effects evaluation mainly focuses on two indictors:one is the magnification times of fundraising, the other is the supporting effects reflected from its investees. As a result, the weight coefficient of overall assessment can be determined by adding marks or on the opposite. When the compliance evaluation marks reach the benchmark or above, the overall assessment scores can be calculated as follows:overall assessment scores=fund value assessment marks-(100-compliance evaluation marks)+observable policy effects evaluation marks.
