As a new type of application-oriented think tank，RDI has constantly expanded its friends'circle for global cooperation，actively developed high-quality strategic partnership by making use of its platform advantages，and highly valued its partnership as an important foundation and strategic resource to realize its high-quality and sustainable development since its establishment in 2015.
In the macro context of BRI's in-depth development，RDI has already developed a number of important strategic partners.Aiming at resource sharing and win-win cooperation，RDI has carried out efficient and pragmatic cooperation with its partners and is committed to the exploration and practice of the BRI in the new era jointly with them.
RDI's strategic partners at home and abroad include：1）governmental departments，national research institutes，industry associations，such as BRI Think Tank Cooperation Alliance of the International Department of CCCPC，the Office of the Central Commission for Integrated Military and Civilian Development，the Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs of the National Committee of the CPPCC，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences，Chinese Academy of Sciences，China Center for Information Industry Development of MIIT，China Center for Urban Development，All China Lawyers Association； 2）mainstream media such as China.org.cn.，China Daily and China Economic Net； and 3）international think tanks with international influence such as Foundation Prospective and Innovation，Sharaf Foundation for Sustainable Development，Eurasian Development Fund，Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad and Pakistan-China Institute.
From the perspective of strategy，project and expertise，RDI has established an all-round，deep-level and multi-domain think tank network and formed strategic partnership with political parties，governments，parliaments，think tanks，enterprises，financial institutions，civil societies，media outlets and international multilateral/bilateral institutions both in and outside China，creating favorable supporting conditions for its construction and sustainable development.
With unremitting exploration and efforts in the past five years，RDI and its partners have been working together under the concept of“Innovation，Coordination，Green，Openness and Sharing”and have gradually explored the cooperation mode with G2G，T2T and B2B as its core and in the“Problem-oriented，Demand-guided，Project-focused and Result-based”principle； in addition，RDI has initially formed international inter-regional project cooperation and two-way resource exchange with the member states of Shanghai Cooperation Organization，Portuguese-speaking countries，Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area，ASEAN countries，Central and Eastern European countries，Europe，the U.S.and other regions by taking Qingdao，Zhuhai，Nanning，Ningbo and Suzhou cities as ties.
With a powerful capacity of resource integration，RDI has laid a solid foundation for information exchange and resource sharing among partners.Through the development of the enterprise group under the RDI platform，RDI has realized timely，sufficient and effective information communication among enterprises on the platform，and helped domestic enterprises go global and welcome in foreign companies by discovering，cultivating and promoting enterprises，giving full play to their invisible power in the B&R construction.At the same time，by enhancing cooperation and exchange among excellent enterprises in various countries，RDI has assisted enterprises in access to practical benefits of advanced concepts，technology，management，capital，etc.，and helped them to enhance their core competitiveness and expand the overseas market and international influence，thus producing the win-win effect of promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading of enterprises.
In the future，RDI will continue to optimize the network resources of the platform，and develop ecological chains of the think tank platform.Taking opportunities in the 4th Industrial Revolution，RDI will fully link up and expand domestic and foreign resources，and establish a sound interactive relationship of high trust，benefit sharing and synergetic deve-lopment with its partners，so as to play an increasingly important role in promoting the B&R construction.
