第七章 口腔肿瘤蛋白质组学 Chapter 7 Proteomics in Oral Tumor
【提要】
传统的中心法则是基因-mRNA-蛋白质,即遗传信息从DNA传递至mRNA,然后再合成各式各样的结构蛋白质和功能蛋白质,构成一个有机体,完成生命功能。一个基因对应的是一种蛋白或者多种蛋白质。包容了数千甚至数万种蛋白质的细胞是如何运转的?或者说这些蛋白质在细胞内是怎样工作、如何相互作用、相互协调?这些问题远不是基因组研究所能回答的。正是在此背景下,蛋白质组学应运而生。
The traditional central dogma in cell biology is regarded as gene-mRNA-protein.That is,transfers from DNA to mRNA and syntheses of a wide variety of structural and functional proteins,which contribute to maintain the cell form and to keep cell function,respectively.Genes corresponding to synthesis of certain protein are usually several or even dozens.How does the cell maintain its activity and life in the existence of thousands or even more than ten thousand proteins?How do these proteins play their role cross-talking and interacting with each others?However,these subjects are not completely clarified even by the up-date genome protein researches.Proteins are essential for the cell activity and function,and protein interaction is the key of cell behaviors.Therefore,researches and knowledge on proteomics become important unavoidably.
