第十章 端粒酶 Chapter 10 Telomeras

【提要】
端粒酶延长缩短的端粒,增强体外细胞的增殖能力。端粒酶在正常人体组织活性被抑制,在肿瘤被重新激活,提示端粒酶可能参与恶性转化。近年来,有关端粒、端粒酶的研究异常活跃,许多新的结构和功能的发现也使其成为生物学和医学的关注热点。端粒、端粒酶与肿瘤的关系更成为研究热点之一。
Telomerase extends the shortening of telomeres,which enhances cell proliferation both in vitro and in vivo.Telomerase activity is suppressed in normal human tissues and reactivated in the tumor,which suggests upregulation of telomerase is involved in malignant transformation.In recent years,many researches have focused on telomere and telomerase in tumor cells,and strong attention to the role of telomere and telomerase has been paid in biological and medical fields with the discovery of many new structures and functions.Study on the relationship of telomere,telomerase and tumor becomes one of the hot topics.
