Replicated
With replica volumes, half of the available raw brick space goes into the mirroring or replication of the data. This means that when sizing this type of volume, you need to at least double the storage capacity of what is requested. This depends on the specific configuration of the volume. A general rule of thumb is that the available capacity is half of the total space on the bricks.
For example, if the request is for 50 TB volume, the node configuration should have at least 100 TB available in brick space between two nodes with 50 TB each.
