About the Reviewer

Alipta Ballav is a thought leader, mentor, and an individual contributor at times. He is a UX researcher with over 18 years of industry experience. A graduate in Visual Arts from the Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, he has been instrumental in defining meaningful experiences for global customers across multiple domains. In the recent past, Alipta was a UX researcher at the Stanford Crowd Research Collective--an initiative led by professors and students at Stanford--where he invested time building a sustainable crowdsourcing platform by teaming up with researchers across the globe. Alipta additionally does independent research in the territory of web accessibility and looking into approaches to minimize human computer interaction challenges through multi-modality. He also takes an interest in data science, quantitative techniques, and predictive modeling.
