2.0.1 Photovoltaic power project
Photovoltaic(PV)power project is physical engineering that converts solar energy into electricity using PV modules and is electrically connected to public power grids.A PV power project consists of PV modules, inverters, electric lines,monitoring/control system, and buildings(structures).
2.0.2 Photovoltaic power station
A PV power station is a power plant that converts solar energy into electricity through PV modules and supplies electric power to public power grids at the command of grid dispatching department. It consists of primary equipment such as PV modules, inverters, electric lines, switches, transformers and reactive power compensation devices, and secondary equipment such as relay protection,in-station monitoring/control dispatching automation and communications.
2.0.3 Photovoltaic power unit
In a PV power station,a certain number of PV module strings are connected to a combiner box, from which power is inverted by an inverter and then boosted by an isolated step-up transformer to the required frequency and voltage of the grid. These collective PV strings are called a PV power unit.
2.0.4 Quality of appearance
The exterior quality of a project determined through observations and necessary measurements.
2.0.5 Planting
Planting of trees,flowers,lawn,vegetation,etc.
2.0.6 Security and protection
An engineering that is implemented by comprehensive use of security and prevention technologies and other technologies to establish a system with functions of anti-intrusion,anti-theft,anti-damage,antirobbing and explosion-proof(or their combination)for the purpose of ensuring power station security and preventing major accidents.
