5　Member and Node Connection

5.1　General Requirements

5.1.1　The member and node connection of structure for mobile communication engineering steel tower and mast shall be designed in accordance with the stress requirements in both service stage and construction stage.

5.1.2　The basic load combination and design value of strength shall be used to design the structural member and node connection in accordance with ultimate limit state requirements.

5.1.3　The climbing facilities（ladder stand and climbing screw）shall bear at least 1.0kN concentrated live load.All members with horizontal angle of not more than 30° shall also bear 1.0kN maintenance load.Such load is not combined with other loads.
