4 将切好的猪蹄块放入煮沸的水中,进行焯烫5~10分钟。

6 将猪蹄块捞出;另起锅放入清水,将焯烫后的猪蹄块放入锅中;将泡发的芸豆放入锅中与猪蹄块煮5~10分钟。
