Little Robin Redbreast

Sat upon a tree;

Up went Pussy Cat,

And down went he.

Down came Pussy Cat,

And away Robin ran;

Said little Robin Redbreast:

“Catch me if you can.”

Little Robin Redbreast

Hopped upon a wall;

Pussy Cat jumped after him,

And almost got a fall.

Little Robin chirped aloud;

And what did Pussy say?

Pussy Cat said “Mew;”

And Robin flew away.

一只小知更鸟

站在一棵树上；

一只小猫跳到树上，

小知更鸟从树上飞下来。

那只小猫跳下来，

小知更鸟又飞走了；

小知更鸟说：

“有本事就抓住我啊。”

小知更鸟

飞上墙头；

小猫也跟着小知更鸟跳上去，

差点掉下来。

小知更鸟大声叽叽叫；

而小猫说了什么？

“喵。”小猫叫了一声，

小知更鸟就飞走了。
