Xingdong Zhang，is a member of the Chinese academy of engineering，foreign member of the National Academy of Engineering in USA，professor of Sichuan University，president of the International Union of Scieties for Biomaterials Science and Engineering （IUSBSE），chairman of Executive Committee of the Technical Committee，on the Classification of Medical Devices of National Food and Medical Products Administration in China.
